Angel Island is home to full-time and summer residents. It is a private community of homes with lake access and other amenities including a members-only Clubhouse and Swim Area. Angel Island also has a private Marina, tennis and basketball courts. The Angel Island Home Owners Association also provides its owners with a private boat launch and private lake access.

Fireworks Now Prohibited on Angel Island
Following a unanimous vote at the 2024 Annual Meeting and continued discussion with the Bull Lake Fire Department during both the 2024 and 2025 meetings, the Angel Island community has taken formal steps to ban fireworks on the island. A ballot was mailed to all property owners to amend the covenants and officially enact the fireworks ban. The measure passed with strong support: 91 votes in favor, 12 opposed.
As a result, fireworks are now prohibited on Angel Island.
Per the ballot measure, violations are subject to a $500 penalty.
Signage will be posted on the island to notify residents and visitors, and the information will also be shared via the Angel Island Facebook page and website.

Bull Lake
Bull Lake is a pristine body of water located west of Libby, MT and southeast of Troy, MT. Bull Lake is located near the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. The lake is primarily private ownership with 37% public land and a shore line of 12.1 miles. The lake is 64 feet at maximum. Elevation on the lake is 2,319 feet. Bull Lake has camping sites on the southwest side of the lake as well as a boat launch. The lake is planted with trout including brook, cutthroat, lake and rainbow as well as grayling and pike.
